Abstract
A locking device, particularly for containers of the type of suitcases, trunks and the like that have a pair of mutually articulated half-shells, comprising at least one padlock provided with a main body and a fastening bar, which can be inserted in mutually facing slots provided in respective raised edges arranged correspondingly on each one of the half-shells to determine stable locking of the container in the closure configuration.
