A composite material including a carrier g of aluminum, an optically effective multi-layer system applied to a side (A) of the carrier. The system having at least 2 dielectric and/or oxidic layers, namely an upper layer and a lower, light-absorbing layer. The lower, light-absorbing layer contains a titanium-aluminum mixed oxide TiAlqOx and/or a titanium-aluminum makes nitride TiAlqNy and/or a titanium-aluminum mixed oxynitride TiAlqOxNy, while the upper layer is an oxidic layer made of titanium, silicon or tin of the chemical composition TiOz, SiOw, or SnOv, where the indices q, v, w, y and z each denote a stoichiometric or nonstoichiometric ratio.
