Abstract
The present invention relates to the field of epidermal repair. More particularly, the invention concerns the use of a molecule able to inhibit a heteromeric receptor comprising OSMRβ as a subunit, for the preparation of a composition for inhibiting the expression of inflammatory factors by the keratinocytes. In particular, the invention concerns the use of antagonists and/or expression inhibitors of OSM, IL-17, TNFα, IL-31, IFN-γ, and/or the OSMRβ subunit, for the preparation of cosmetic or dermatologic compositions, especially for treating inflammatory skin diseases.
