Abstract
A solar cell module with a hermetic chamber in the cover plate is provided. The hermetic chamber is disposed on the non-cell region of the solar cell module to direct light toward the cell region through totally reflection. The hermetic chamber includes a V-shaped groove embedded in the cover plate of the solar cell module, and the V-shaped groove is sealed with a sealing layer so as to make the hermetic chamber as an empty space which does not allow unwanted substances get in or out.
