Abstract
An electrochemical reactor comprises at least one electrolytic cell, each cell is divided by a membrane (12) into two electrode chambers (7, 8), each one is crossed by flows of liquid and each having at least a corresponding electrode (13, 14). Both the electrodes (13, 14) have one own face directly in contact with the membrane (12) and have a plurality of openings (21) for the passage of the liquid. Each electrode (13, 14) is provided with one or more contact means (15) for the power supply.
