R1, the method for preparing pCMV-HA-pprI, and its expression in human 293T cells. The present invention also discloses the optimal method and process of pprI gene transfection by in vivo electroporation, and the radioprotective and therapeutic effects of the recombinant pCMV-HA-pprI on lethally irradiated mice.
