The system also including an unloading station, the unloading station including an inlet aperture, a transfer conduit, a rotor rotatably disposed within the unloading station, and a buffer container. The system further including a mobile container selectively coupleable to the loading station and the unloading station, and further including an inlet/outlet aperture defined in a wall thereof and a plurality of translatable magazines disposed within the mobile container.
