Provided are compositions for repelling fluids comprising a volatile liquid carrier, a powder-feel agent and less than 5 weight % of an ester selected from the group consisting of formula I, formula II, formula III, and combinations of two or more thereof:moiety, the composition being substantially anhydrous.
