Abstract
The present invention concerns a composition of polyisocyanates comprising a composition of hydrophilic polyisocyanates consisting of at least one hydrophilic (poly)isocyanate, comprising an isocyanate part and a hydrophilic group, said hydrophilic group being of monofunctional polyoxyalkylene type and being attached to the isocyanate part via a function containing a chain of formulaand a composition of polyisocyanates consisting of a composition consisting of a mixture of at least one (poly)isocyanate with at least one compound having an ionic function, said mixture being characterized in that it comprises 2% to 15% of said compound and 50% to 98% of (poly)isocyanate.
