Abstract
Provided is a beverage extraction filter for use in a beverage extraction apparatus, wherein costs can be reduced, and the filter is not bulky during transportation and can be discarded easily. The beverage extraction filter to be set in the predetermined position of the beverage extraction apparatus is provided with a filter section (10), in which an article of taste is to be contained, and a flat cover section (11) to be attached to the upper portion of the filter section (10). Bellows are formed in the vicinity of the upper portion of the filter section (10) such that the bellows of the bellows section stretch after the filter is set in the predetermined position and hot water is poured through the cover section.
