Abstract
A cold appliance construction kit comprising a cooling module (102), a plurality of cabinet panels, including wall panels (1, 4), to be assembled into a cabinet, and at least one door (6). Each cabinet panel comprises an inner sheet (9), an outer sheet (8) and an intermediary layer (17) of a foamed insulating material, wherein each cabinet panel has an inner surface, an outer surface, and four edge surfaces. The edge surfaces (16) of a first wall panel (1) is formed such that at least one of said outer and inner sheets comprises an edge portion (16) that extends beyond the edge surface of the foamed insulating material and provides an attachment area for attachment to another cabinet panel (4).
