The present invention provides a polymerizable composition that exhibits high photocurability not only in the case of using a halogen lamp-curing unit but also in the case of using an LED light-curing unit, hardly has discoloration even when stored for a long time, and when applied to a dental material, a cured product of which has high bond strength to a tooth structure. The present invention is a polymerizable composition including: a photopolymerization initiator composition containing a photopolymerization initiator component consisting of only a bisacylphosphine oxide (A) and α-diketone (B), and tertiary amine (C); and a polymerizable monomer (D). A weight ratio (A):(B) between the bisacylphosphine oxide (A) and the α-diketone (B) is 1:9 to 9:1, and a weight ratio (D):(C) between the polymerizable monomer (D) and the tertiary amine (C) is 100:0.5 to 100:10.
