Abstract
A relay device includes a first receiving unit which receives an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) signal in a first frequency band, a detection unit which detects, from the OFDMA signal, a signal of a second frequency band that is included in the first frequency band and narrower than the first frequency band, a frequency transformation unit which transforms the second frequency band of the detected signal into a frequency band that is not included in the second frequency band, and a first transmitting unit which transmits the detected signal that is transformed by the frequency transformation unit.
