A receiver device for detecting a multi-band signal, the receiver device comprising a bank of autocorrelation units adapted for separating the multi-band signal into a set of autocorrelation signals, and a sampling stage arranged downstream the bank of autocorrelation units and adapted for sampling the set of autocorrelation signals to thereby select individual signal components for detection.
