Abstract
A machine (1) for making and dispensing iced food products such as granitas, sorbets and the like, comprises at least one tank (3) for containing and processing the product to be dispensed, a tap (4) comprising a pipe (8) for dispensing the iced product and mounted on the wall (6), a control unit (13) for mounting a plug (11) used to open and close the pipe (8). Means are provided for disengaging the control unit (13) from the wall (6) to allow the pipe (8) and the component parts of the control unit (13) itself to be cleaned and washed.
