Disclosed herein are methods and systems related to the body region analysis. In some forms, the analysis relates to body region abnormalities. In some forms, the methods and systems analyze and assign comparison scores (such as Z-score) to an image of a body region. In some forms, the comparison score is plotted voxel-by-voxel.
