Abstract
A label carrier includes a pin-shaped part for pushing through an opening provided in a label. To ensure the correct position of the label with respect to the label carrier, it is proposed to provide a further part in the vicinity of the pin to which the label is attached which further part is inserted into a further opening of the label in such a manner that the label can no longer easily rotate about the pin. The support on which the pins are provided may be a stick inserted into a plant pot or a carrier therefor which can be attached to the plant pot.
