Abstract
A greeting card includes a body portion that defines an interior cavity. A sentiment panel is slidably received in the cavity via an opening in the body portion. The sentiment panel is movable from a concealed position, where a portion thereof is received in the interior cavity and obstructed from view by the body portion, to an extended position, where the portion is outside the body and is visible. Electrical components may be positioned inside the interior cavity and activated upon movement of the panel from the concealed position to the extended position.
