Abstract
A solar battery unit is provided that can release the heat of the solar battery module sufficiently and suppress the temperature increase of a solar battery module by inhibiting the presence of an air layer with a low thermal conductivity in a heat transfer passage, whereby the energy conversion efficiency can be improved remarkably. A solar battery unit has: a solar battery module; and a heat dissipating member, provided on a back surface of the solar battery module, for releasing heat from the solar battery module. A heat transfer sheet including expanded graphite is interposed between the solar battery module and the heat dissipating member, and the heat transfer sheet is attached in a compressed state to the solar battery module and the heat dissipating member.
