Specially, said coatings composition which a drying oven for baking such as conventional example is not necessary because its composition can be cured at the normal temperature in a short time can be provided. Said coatings composition which can be exerted excellent vibration-deadening performance at even machine-instrument-apparatus-parts of using at high temperature because it's composition can be exerted high vibration-damping performance at broad range of temperature especially at high temperature can be provided.
