There is provided a medicine management system in which, in order to prevent a medicine known as the one which may cause a serious side effect when a certain patient takes it from being transferred to the certain patient, it is judged whether or not information from the prescribing doctor, the patient, and the pharmacist all registered in the system respectively satisfies a transfer condition, the result is notified, and records can be preserved for individual information providers not by telephone and IVRs.
