Abstract
The present invention relates to a tank for water-bearing appliances, in particular domestic appliances such as beverage machines, in particular coffee machines, drinking water dispensers, cooking and baking appliances, steam appliances, in particular steam irons, steam cleaners, pressure washers, air purifiers and conditioners or the like, having a filter cartridge connection (8). Said tank is distinguished in that an appliance connection (3), which can be connected with a predominantly horizontal insertion movement, is connected to connection elements which are provided for a filter cartridge (2) which can be inserted into the inside of the tank (1). The present invention also relates to a filter for use with a water tank of this kind and an appliance in which a water tank of this kind can be employed.
