Abstract

According to the present invention, the methanol fuel cell cartridge can be produced at low cost, which is excellent in impermeability (barrier performance) to methanol and oxygen, can be downsized, reduced in weight, and increased in transparency, and does not cause deterioration in battery performance of the fuel cell during operation.
