There is provided the use of a compound of formula I,and R have meanings given in the description, and pharmaceutically-acceptable salts thereof, for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a disease in which inhibition of the activity of a member of the MAPEG family is desired and/or required, and particularly in the treatment of inflammation.
