The method includes oxidizing the carbon black A and the carbon black B individually in an oxidizing agent aqueous solution, followed by neutralization, atomizing at least the carbon black A, purifying the carbon black A and the carbon black B, mixing the carbon black A and the carbon black B in a weight ratio of 20:80 to 80:20, and dispersing the mixture in an aqueous medium.
