A column (10) of the present invention includes a tube and at least one columnar separation member (12) disposed inside the tube. The separation member (12) is a vitreous porous body, and the tube is an elastomer tube (11). A cartridge column (30) of the present invention includes the column (10) and a housing (40) for holding the column.
