Abstract
The present invention relates to a household glass product, comprising a glass surface and a switchable hydrophobic or hydrophilic coating which is applied to at least a region of the glass surface, wherein at least the region of the surface of the household glass product to which the coating is applied is roughened and has a root mean square roughness value Ra in the range of 0.1 to 50 nm, so that the surface has a super-hydrophobic or super-hydrophilic property, and to a method for producing such a household glass product.
