Abstract

The invention relates to a method for drawing a liquid volume, in particular for drawing a sample for analysis by means of a liquid chromatography device, wherein the liquid comprising the liquid volume to be withdrawn is provided in a container 7, 75 that is closed off by means of a closure 72, 71; 76, 761, which consists at least in a partial area of a flexible material that can be penetrated by means of sampling needle, wherein for the withdrawal of a defined liquid volume, sampling needle 6 is punched through the partial area consisting of flexible material, until the suction opening of the sampling needle is immersed sufficiently in the liquid, and wherein a defined liquid volume is withdrawn.
