Abstract
An individually packaged absorptive article enabling the prevention of cutting by pressing seal in packaging, comprising an absorptive article (1N) and a packaging sheet (2) packaging the absorptive article. The packaging sheet (2) is formed in a cylindrical shape such that both end parts (2a) and (2b) in the longitudinal direction orthogonal to the flow direction of a packaging line are overlapped with each other, the end edge (e1) of the front surface portion (2a) of the overlapped portion is formed in a start end for unsealing, the overlapped portions (2c) and (2c) at both ends in the lateral direction along the flow direction of the packaging line are pressingly sealed, the pressingly sealed portions (2c) and (2c) are formed to be substantially continued from one end to the other end in the longitudinal direction, and the end edges (e2) of the pressingly sealed portions (2c) and (2c) on the lateral center sides are formed in a non-linear shape along the vertical direction such as a wave shape.
