Abstract
Protein kinase inhibitors are disclosed having utility in the treatment of protein kinase-mediated diseases and conditions, such as cancer, such as Aurora kinase-expressing cancers and Axl kinase-expressing cancers. Compounds of the invention have the following structure: including stereoisomers, prodrugs and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, X, Z, L.sub.2 and w are as defined herein. Also disclosed are compositions containing a compound of this invention, as well as methods relating to the use thereof.
