Abstract
In a controller unit, controller cylinder 411 in which controller piston 412 and body cylinder 421 in which body piston 422 are connected to each other through tube member 413, and the slide position of body piston 422 is detected to control the operation of a movable mechanism. Since controller piston 412 is manually operated by sliding movement, delicate and accurate operation is enabled, an operating state can be easily maintained at a constant, and the durability of the controller unit can be improved.
