Abstract

The invention relates to compounds of the formula I where R.sup.1 to R.sup.10 may be identical or different and are selected from H, OR.sup.11, straight-chain or branched C.sub.1- to C.sub.20-alkyl groups or hydroxyalkyl groups, straight-chain or branched C.sub.3- to C.sub.20-alkenyl groups and/or C.sub.3- to C.sub.12-cycloalkenyl groups, where the rings may each also be bridged by --(CH.sub.2).sub.n-- groups, where n=1 to 3, where all OR.sup.11, independently of one another, stand for OH, C.sub.1- to C.sub.20-alkoxy groups, C.sub.3- to C.sub.20-alkenyloxy groups, straight-chain or branched C.sub.1- to C.sub.20-hydroxyalkoxy groups and/or C.sub.3- to C.sub.10-cycloalkoxy groups and/or C.sub.3- to C.sub.12-cycloalkenyloxy groups, where the rings may each also be bridged by --(CH.sub.2).sub.n-- groups, where n=1 to 3, and/or mono- and/or oligoglycosyl radicals, CD stands for a cyclodextrin molecule, o stands for the number 1 and p stands for a number from the range 0.5 to 50, with the proviso that at least 2 radicals from R.sup.1 to R.sup.7 stand for OH and that at least 1 pair of adjacent --OH groups is present in the molecule.
