Abstract
A polarizer protective film of the present invention comprises a thermoplastic resin layer having a moisture permeability of 100 g/m.sup.2/24 hours or less; and a resin layer that contains a nylon resin and is laminated on the thermoplastic resin layer. The polarizer protective film can have good adhesion to a polarizer when it is bonded to the polarizer through an adhesive layer to form a polarizing plate, and can form a polarizing plate with good polarization properties.
