Abstract
A valve body capable of preventing a seat part from being deformed by a stress caused by nonuniform tightening and completely closing a valve in a closed state and the valve having the valve body. The body (12) of the valve (10) formed of a resin material comprises an inside port (23) and an outside port (25) formed on the outside of the inside port (23). A seat part (12a) in contact with the tip part of a valve element (14) is formed at one end part of the inside port (23). The body is characterized in that the outside port (25) is formed on the radial outer side of the seat part (12a) approximately all around the seat part.
