Abstract
A sterilizer, having a hopper (2) allowing powders and grains to be filled therein; a first rotary valve (3) disposed under the hopper; and a second rotary valve (4) formed under the first rotary valve, wherein an airtight space (5), allowing therethrough travel of the powders and grains, is formed between the first rotary valve (3) and the second rotary valve (4), the airtight space (5) being communicated with a saturated steam injection pipe (23) injecting a saturated steam into the airtight space (5).
