Abstract
The filler-affixed fiber of the present invention is a filler-affixed fiber that includes a fiber (2), a binder resin (1) on the fiber surface, and filler (3) affixed to the binder resin (1). The binder resin (1) is a heat-and-humidity gelling resin that is caused to gel by heating in the presence of moisture, and the filler (3) is affixed by a gel material produced by causing the heat-and-humidity gelling resin to gel. Thus, the fiber (2) preserves the form of the fiber, and exhibits the working function as a binder that causes the filler (3) to be affixed by causing the heat-and-humidity gelling resin to gel.
