Abstract

Immunogenic cytotoxic T cell epitope peptides of Epstein Barr Virus LMP1 protein are provided having between nine and seventeen amino acids and minimal consensus sequences selected from QRH, AGNDG, QNW, VLYS and DSNSNE. These peptides, either individually or in polyepitope constructs, are useful in pharmaceutical compositions, vaccines and methods of treating Epstein Barr Virus associated diseases such as Hodgkin's Disease and/or Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma, although without limitation thereto. A preferred mode of polyepitope delivery is an adenovirus-based system.
