Abstract
A compressor (1), in particular a lateral channel compressor, is cited, enabling fluid ducts (10) with varying duct ends (28, 30, 48, 52, 60) to be joined easily and flexibly. To this end, the compressor (1) comprises a connector (8) which is allocated to an inlet or outlet connecting piece (4, 4a, 4b). The connector (8) has a flange (12) for being joined to the inlet or outlet connecting piece (4, 4a, 4b) and a number of connecting ends (24, 26) for being joined to the duct end (28, 30, 48, 52, 60) of the fluid duct (10), with the connecting end (24, 26) or the connecting ends (24, 26), respectively, being designed for optional connection of varying duct ends (28, 30, 48, 52, 60).
