The invention relates to tablets comprising deramciclane-fumarate of the Formula (I) whereby said tablets contain (related to the total weight) more than 50% by weight of deramciclane-fumarate, 5-20% by weight of a 5-20% by weight of microcrystalline cellulose having an average particle size below 30 .mu.m, 1-10% by weight of a disintegrant, 0.54% by weight of a lubricant, 0.54% by weight of an anti-adhesive agent and 0-30% by weight of a filler. ingredient.
