Abstract
The inventive iron comprises a water container having a filling orifice (5) which is provided with a rigid cap (7) having a closure face (71) visible through the orifice. The cap (7) consists of retaining means which are embodied in such away that a first vertical pressure on the visible face (71) of the cap opens the orifice (5), thereby indenting said cap retaining means into the orifice (5), whereby making it possible to fill the container with water. When said retaining means are released, the orifice (5) is closed by the action produced by a second pressure on the visible face (71) of the cap.
