Abstract
The present invention provides for an apparatus for the drying step of the printing plates for flexography, so as to let a solvent present inside the plates to evaporate, comprising a base element (9, 25) for carrying the printing plates (8, 26), and a lighting system (1, 23) above the printing plates for heating the printing plates by irradiation of visible light wavelengths.
