Abstract
There is provided a portable terminal device, and a lifestyle-related disease patient--medical institution cooperation system, which collects a user's biological data and life data, so that it is possible to quickly receive advice from a specialist, and data accumulation and analysis over a long period is possible, to accurately comprehend deviations in lifestyle habits and the life of a patient, and to give a highly reliable medical service. The invention is a terminal device which can be carried by the user, comprising: a measuring unit which measures the user's in-vivo substance so as to obtain biological data; an input unit which can input life data including at least the user's food intake contents; a data storage unit which readably stores basic data including the biological data and the life data, and a display unit which displays the data.
