Abstract
This invention relates to a method of treating liver cancer, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of a compound of formula (I): In formula (I), each of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2, independently, is H, C.sub.1-C.sub.10 alkyl, C.sub.3-C.sub.20 cycloalkyl, C.sub.3-C.sub.20 heterocycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, or C(O)R.sub.a; X is Se, S, O, or NR.sub.b; and each of R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.5, and R.sub.6, independently, is H, C.sub.1-C.sub.10 alkyl, C.sub.3-C.sub.20 cycloalkyl, C.sub.3-C.sub.20 heterocycloalkyl, aryl, or heteroaryl; in which each of R.sub.a and R.sub.b, independently, is H or C.sub.1-C.sub.10 alkyl.
