A process for treating a surface comprising a first aqueous composition comprising hydrogen peroxide and a second aqueous composition comprising one or more cationic surfactants having germicidal properties, essential oils, other antimicrobial/germicidal agents, anionic surfactants, non-ionic surfactants or pH modifiers. The compositions can be applied simultaneously to a surface in need of sanitizing and/or disinfecting and/or cleaning and/or removing stains.
