Abstract
To easily evaluate a fluidity of blood with high sensitivity. By winding a pressure bag body 10 around the surface of a skin of a finger tip 100 or the like of an examinee, and applying an oppression thereto, the blood in a capillary blood vessel under the skin is flown out to the surroundings, and by irradiating the skin where the oppression is applied with light from a light emitting element 21, and measuring a degree of the light absorption as a light reception quantity of a light receiving element 22, thereby optically measuring the change of a quantity of blood in the capillary blood vessel, and obtaining the quantity of blood in the capillary blood vessel with passage of time after applying the oppression, the fluidity of the blood (mainly viscosity .mu.) is evaluated.
