Abstract
A portable receiver includes a first reception stage with three antennae (1, 2 and 3) oriented so as to form a substantially orthogonal coordinate system, a second stage (4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10) for processing the signals (V1, V2 and V3) delivered at the antennae outputs, and a third selection or combination stage (9) for the signals delivered at the output of the second processing stage. The processing stage and the third stage are arranged so as to provide an output signal independent of the position of the receiver in relation to the transmitter.
