Abstract
A bed lift mechanism includes a first gear assembly attached to one side of the bed including a pair of sprockets coupled to a pair of coupling gears that engage with track members mounted to the side wall of the toy trailer; a second gear assembly attached to another side of the bed including another pair of sprockets coupled to a pair of coupling gears that engage with track members mounted to the opposite side wall of the toy trailer. A drive mechanism transfers rotational motion to one of the sprockets in the first gear assembly, the sprockets in the first gear assembly being operatively coupled to each other. The rotational motion is transferred from the first gear assembly to one of the sprockets in the second gear assembly, the sprockets in the second gear assembly being operatively coupled to each other.
