Abstract
A therapeutic agent for impaired gastric accommodation which contains as an active ingredient a compound represented by the general formula (1): 1 (wherein R.sup.1 represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group or a halogen atom; A represents a furyl group, a thienyl group, a thiazolyl group or an oxazolyl group; R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 each represents an alkyl group with 1 to 5 carbon atoms; and n represents an integer of 2 to 4), or an acid addition salt thereof. Use of a therapeutic agent of the present invention greatly alleviates symptoms caused by said disorders, such as early satiety and bloating, because it improves relaxation of gastric fundus and impaired gastric accommodation.
