Abstract
Two different curable compounds are mixed to form a conductive adhesive polymer such that display panel and chip can be fastened temporally first for inspecting defects. If defects are found, semi-product can be repaired or rework easily. If there is no defect, the display panel and chip can be securely fastened subsequently.
