Abstract
A cosmetic solid lead is encased in a plastic sheath. The solid lead has a lipophilic phase that is liquid at 20.degree. C. and that is present in an amount of at least 25%. The liphophilic phase is formed completely or at least predominantly from fatty alcohols having 16 to 20 carbon atoms. The solid lead is encased in a plastic based on a cellulose ester.
